Finding Assisted Living

Assisted Living

Assisted Living Facilities are for people needing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) but wishing to live as independently as possible. Assisted living facilities offer help with activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping, and assistance with medications. Assisted living facilities are usually large communities but there are smaller communities that may be ideal for your loved one who needs a little more assistance throughout the day.

Meals are served in a dining room setting. Social activities and outings are usually planned on a monthly basis. Although these activities are not mandatory they are highly recommended, so the resident can socialize with other residents.
Laundry, housekeeping, medication management and transportation to doctor appointments are also provided.

Our goal at Golden Years Senior Placement Services is to provide information and guidance to help seniors and their families make informed decisions about their best living and senior care options. Aging is a gift and we passionately believe that our clients deserve to live with dignity and respect while maintaining the highest possible level of independence in an environment that supports the whole person. ”
